You are correct about the Flash work being done in Java script and I would definitely prefer that.

Their target audience is very likely to know who those folks are, so not such a big deal, but it would make sense to list in case they do.

Actually, a part the homepage, the whole website, including effects, could be easealy done in pure html+javascript.

Moreover about the home page.. it probably give good ideas of how good they are only if you know the people displayed.. if you don't they are just an useless sequence of unknown people. A small text like "CEO of BigCompany" would surely help there.

Just my 2 cents.
